The counterfeit goods were found in a car travelling from Turkey to Bulgaria. The driver has declared that he is transporting carpets and bed covers. Upon inspection carried out by the border control police it was found that the shipment contained a total number of 930 items whereby 100 were carpets and 830 were bed covers all bearing the well-known trade mark cited above.
The shipment was seized in accordance with Art. 17(1) of EU Regulation № 608/2013 and following a notification on the seizure the right holders.
