Mr. Krassimir Rouev is a co-founder and managing partner of MADARA LAW. He has over 24 years of experience as an attorney-at-law and 12 years as a judge. Krassimir is the head of the commercial, corporate and taxation law department.
Krassimir is admitted to represent clients before all court instances in Bulgaria, before the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria in all industrial property matters and before EUIPO.
From 1980 to 1992 Krassimir Rouev was a judge, including chairman of the Kyustendil Regional Court and vice-chairman of the Kyustendil District Court.
Since 1992 Krassimir is an attorney-at-law practising in the field of commercial and corporate law, including insolvency, taxation, finance and banking. He is an expert in construction and real estate law as well as in the legal regulation of religious institutions in Bulgaria.
Krassimir was also an assignee and a liquidator of numerous companies in the commerce, industry and tourism sectors. Currently he is also a member of the Supervisory Board of “Ruen Holding” AD and a member of the board of directors of “BTA Print” EAD.
In the capacity of a legal consultant to religious institutions and to members of Parliament, Krassimir is participating in the development of legislations included in the legislation programme of the Parliament of the Republic of Bulgaria. These include the Code of Civil Procedure, the Law on Bulgarian Citizenship, Law on Protection of Agricultural Property, Law on the Religions.
