Mr. Yulian Stoilov is an associate at MADARA LAW and focuses on intellectual property and commercial legal matters.
Prior to joining MADARA LAW, Yulian worked for another reputable law firm where his area of specialization was contract law, tort law and unfair competition law.
Yulian’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters with a particular emphasis on legal due diligence, preparation of different types of contracts, corporate disputes and registration procedures under the Trade Register Act.
Yulian is also responsible for handling all anti-counterfeiting matters such as filing customs applications, organizing the process of destroying of the seized goods and official investigations. He also handles trade mark infringement cases and unfair competition law claims.
Yulian speaks Bulgarian, English and Russian.
